These colours I love of the green and the white
And we go with our scarves and our hearts to paradise
Tales of The Jungle are grand tales to hear
Of the trophies and titles we’ve won down the years
We’ll meet up with our fathers and stand once again
To cheer on our heroes the finest of men
For God wears the jersey of emerald green
And when I stand before St Peter he’ll summon “Hail Hail”.
