Red sky at night,
Shepherd’s delight,
That’s way they say,
But that can’t be right.

‘Cos why would a shepherd.
Be delighted to see,
96 angels,
Crying with me?

Why would a shepherd,
Be happy to hear,
That 96 died,
In terror, in fear?

A Leppings Lane nightmare,
Plays again and again,
And Duckenfield caused it,
He carry’s the blame.

But he’s off enjoying life,
While reds lay in the ground,
And not the ground of Anfield,
They don’t make a sound.

Is not for the sheep,
But for 96 sons and daughters,
Who can’t get any sleep.
