The roads and terraces
Blurring the distinctive blue sky

Listening to the game being stopped
All because of bloody fog)

Slumping out, I navigate south
But then I stop amidst the fog;
To laugh at the scenario.

Nose pressed against the window
All for the sake of a new silk tie
And a tacky football calendar.
