A dear night out

I went to the Alaves game on Tuesday night,
My stomach was growling I fancied a bite,
As I got to the counter I got a surprise,
£3-40 for two tato pies,
On top of my ticket and car parking fees,
Two pints of weak bitter to go with my tea,
I worked out the cost of my Tuesday night out,
Nearly twenty five quid just right up the spout,
I think was it worth it for a friendly game,
The atmosphere poor and the football so tame,
But when you`re a fan one cant stay away,
It`s the passion inside that makes me this way.
