But that’s enough bull to break through th’ ozone

Excited at the challenge that lies ahead …
Positive and yet not baulking
Wanting only for qualification to be put to bed

Notes

Wednesday’s forthcoming Euro 2008 qualifier :

Russia v England, to be played at the Luzhniki stadium …. on an artifical surface.

Unfortunately, the title was more precipient than I hoped :

England lost 2-1 and the Russians can now qualify by winning both their remaining matches. England can only wait and hope that they slip up – and also we have to beat table topping Croatia.
