Blimey!… how that hammer could fly
And we cheered as young Harry flew by
Red hair a blazing in the Upton Park sun
Rapid legs dancing like a fox on the run
And if it wasn’t for the wind in his face
He’d have probably shot off into space
While down on the terraces smiles would extend
At the dissapearing sight of Harry’s rear end
And when that cheeky young cockney put on his show
The fans in the chicken run would sing ‘Bubbles’ below
And thoughts of them losing would bring many a sigh
But Harry the Aviator kept our hopes a mile high
Now when it’s time for that big curtain call
The red headed hammer will be remembered by all
Blimey!… how that bugger could fly
And we cheered as young Harry flew by.
