After just 6 games, Chelsea are back as table toppers
As for Golf : & the Gifted One – Tiger avoids the woods –
But not the lake, and the USA come a collective cropper

And Jim couldn’t muster a fury @ K club
Whereas once again, Monty was our general
And Clarkey fully deserved the cheers and emotion driven blub

There’s a big concern about the missing JT
But let’s put this into context
For he’s only out through in-juree

Notes

Only 6 games into the season, and Chelsea are already ahead of the chasing pack.

Golfing reference to :
Tiger Woods, Stewart Cink, Jim Furyk, Colin Montgomerie and Darren Clarke.

As for the pun on Furyk : the Americans were very gracious in Ryder Cup defeat this weekend.

And our hearts went out to Darren Clarke and his family, who lost his wife Heather just over a month ago, to cancer.
