Relegation – that’s what you need

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Just heard that relegation
from the Premiership may be scrapped;
a slap in the face for all those teams
who are chasing the dream.
Ga Ga Gartside and greedy
foreign owners must not be
allowed to get their own way.
For true football fans a
relegation dogfight is every bit
as exciting as a promotion push.
It may not be pretty, but it’s
real and it’s raw, has the
feel of a war, a fight to the finish.
Stopping relegation will be the bell
that sounds the death knell of football.
The Premiership a closed shop?
I think not.

Notes

Just what are these people on? Relegation is as much a part of modern day football as promotion. Any changes to the current system won’t work & could surely be challenged in a court of law.
