I don’t have the same back story as most
When it comes to following my team
I wasn’t raised on pork pies and chips
As I followed away day dreams

See, my Dad is a Manchester United fan
Which doesn’t hold much shame
But when you live in the heart of West London
You don’t get to see much of the game

So when it came to picking the side I favoured
I had to give it thought

Despite growing up in the West of the city
I’ve always belonged to the Pride

‘Cause I come from a quiet corner of town
And my life needs something loud
I’m a Millwall fan, and even if I’m not always grateful
I’ll definitely always be proud.
