The Penalty that never was 2

There’s a certain art to this business of finishing,
stopping your title hopes from diminishing,
at present, a gift we don’t possess,
but how are we meant to gain success,
that is to say, how can we score,
while Fabregas is being hauled to the floor?
It’s inside the area, the ref doesn’t care,
penalty against Liverpool? The ref wouldn’t dare.
