Another contribution to the “diving” issue, and also to honour the honesty of players like Everton’s great Trevor Steven, who would do anything to avoid falling. Post -derby, I know Nevs had a rush of blood to his head, but he doesn’t make a practice of diving, like one exquisitely-skilled striker from across Stanley Park, who does however have a work-rate that you have to respect.
