Seriously, where are you coming from?
The Reds showed no fight…no desire.
In their belly, showed no passion or fire.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Man City smelt blood…ripped you apart.
Liverpool showed no resistance, no heart.
Even ardent fans can only take so much.
But millionaire players are so out of touch.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 The players gave up, it was clear as day.
They disrespected the badge in every way.
The minimum fans expect is to give it a go.
Leave it all out there, scouse pride to show.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 But against City, none of that to be seen.
Just a bunch of egos, a disinterested team.
No connection with the fans it seems to me.
In today’s game, far too much of that I see.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Half arsed displays from us are nothing new.
So, what did Szoboszlai expect fans to do?
Wave him off, applause ringing in his ears.
After the most gutless display seen in years.
