R.I.P. Our Big Man……….

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 From early on, and days gone by
I’ve witnessed the toughest of men
cry laugh and then again cry.
On the terraces
watching our Millwall,
it was always gonna be
more than, just football.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 In outsider’s eyes
we’ve never been the best
but never backed off
when put to the test.
Our reputation was built on
more than having a normal fan
RIP our big man.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 O Barry Kitchener
an empty feeling fills our heart,
the best there was
right from the start.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Our big man Kitch
you gave it all,
you meant more to us
than a man in football.
The passion you showed
was that more than a fan
our big man.
Your smile, your courage
the pleasure you gave,
will be with each and everyone of us who met you –
taken to our grave.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Now Kitchy
you’ve gone to above,
never will you be forgotten
we’ll never lose that love.
So these empty days
ahead of us
I know you’d not want
any big deal or fuss.

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 So I’ll offer this
from each and every Millwall fan.
god bless you Kitchy
thank you – R.I.P. Our Big Man

Big Kitch was a man’s man, he played with his heart on his sleeve.

There’s no other person who was more Millwall.

He’ll be missed by everyone who knew him.

And for anyone who never knew him – you don’t know what you missed.

God Bless this man and his family………………
