of one football match I attended

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 From the first lesson at the school
that day I was only thinking of the match

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Once I returned from the school
the cars passing by my home
with the flags and SIRENS
sparked more and more impatience

1985-2015
the testimony of the game is still
alive and clear:

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 EARLY goal and big Blue and White
FLAGS and fans’ sirens,
The yellow smoke from the fireworks

And the same evening
becoming one of the longest

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 The crowd is coming back
from the match as if from the
funeral of the biggest Statesman

start were big sad dissapointment

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 From the early morning of April 24
30 years ago to the longest evening
I was thinking non-stop about the match

30 years passed from the April of 1985 when I attended the Uefa Cup semi final,the second leg of Zeljeznicar Sarajevo v Videoton (Hungary)
