Playing every game away
and with a very young team,
my club is in such a state

We were once in the Premier League
and playing the country’s elite,
I saw us take on England’s best

We have also won the F.A.Cup
the streets were a sea of Sky Blue,
but now we are owned and run
by a bunch of morons without a clue.

My beloved club is in turmoil
with no good news in sight,
our hardcore fans are still there
but the rest are losing the fight.

So a great football club is dying
and yet nobody seems to care,
but all us fans want and need
is someone to hear our prayer.
