i travelled to faro as no places in sevilles inns
stayed in the sun of villamoura, near figos number seven.
without a ticket, by bus we travelled all the way,
to the streets full of green and white : the livin’ lisbon that day!

we asked “any spare tickets” almost in jest.
over the odds , the local put themselves to shame.
some snapped them up ,i protest,, but, hey, they’re not to blame.

walking,talking and jumped in a cab,
“many many celtic fans up in the park”
said the spaniard taxi driver who was all in the dark.
