I remember the days of old when Burnden was alive,
I remember going to Scunthorpe that was a bloody dive,
I remember going to all away games the times were bloody great,
I remember going to Millwall running the gauntlet of hate.

I used to be a hooligan throwing bricks and bog rolls,
I used to a singer with the rest behind the goals,
I used to be a target for the other fans to pick,
I used to be a hero when I hit them with a brick.

I now am oh so mellow in my now maturing days,
I now am very different in now so many ways,
I now am very quiet but there’s a thing I can’t abide,
I now am very angry when someone slogs our side.

I like a bit of humor I like a bloody good laugh,
I like some of these postings but not when they are naff,
I like the decent supporters from several other sites
I like the funny banter and the taunts that they incite.
