Bleeding streams upon streams on their legs.
pain, a needle penetrated their skin.
Groans of fury aroused their offsprings,
Unabling those baby lions to sleep tight.

Their hearts throbbed as loud as bomb explosions,
Petrified the other wild species in near by cages.
Their bodies, weak from a hard fought war.
The stampede of agony jolted their brains,
While nightmares of the defeat tore their souls apart.
