The faithful of Celtic with pride in our hearts
Saw a saviour in the name of bold Larsson,
With the ball at his feet, we stood in our seats
As he scored two goals for the champions.

But the game wasn’t done, ‘til another Celtic son
Engraved Celtic’s name on the trophy,
As Petrov in his stride, for the old green & white
His goal brought Celtic home glory.

In our double winning year, we shed one last tear
As we sang goodbye to the legend, Henrik Larsson,
And the players on the pitch, in their green & white strips
