Keep this in your head
I’ll always be a blue my love
And worship from the Shed

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 I’ve been to other temples
That were so divine
But nothing else can compare
To the Shed a Holy shrine

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 I’ve searched this land all over
Heard sermons so well said
But nothing sounds like the moving verse
That one heard in the Shed

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 I’ve heard poignant sonata’s
Fine poetry by those well bred
But the favoured sound to my own ears
Is what comes from the Shed

It’s not a mirage in your head
I saw Dixon and Pat Nevin
That was from the Shed

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 When pouring rain and snow that came
Landed on your head
Not for a minute did you think
Of leaving adored Shed

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 I saw us relagated
Down and left for dead
But John Neal resurrected us
Thus witnessed from the Shed

Filled with cold blue faces
Leaves an impression
Thats forever in your head
Think of it with feeling
A haunting kind of meaning
That’s whats so endearing
Of what was once the Shed

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 I’ve heard that Moscow Dinamo
From a country that was red
Said ‘forget about your Tower Of London
Pray show us your Shed!’

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 I’m told a hundred thousand
Never went to bed
Queued for tickets and sat on the roof
Of what was then the Shed

11 Leave a comment on verse 11 0 When I go to the pearly gates
Or hell of which I dread
I’ll be proud to say in either place
That I once stood in the Shed!!!
