In May 1956,
Ended World War Two.

Notes

My dad was at Tobruk, 1942, trying to kill my best mate’s dad, who was trying to kill him. Martin tells me how difficult it was to grow up as a German POW’s son in England in the 50’s and 60’s. Bert Trautmann did a lot to help.
