we’d pick two teams
by dip dip dip
and my blue ship

hoping that we wouldn’t foul
then a trip inside the box
and big Pete rolled down his socks

One of those hot sunny late evenings games played on Meadowside Green in 1968. Its all true and happened as written ……. come on …… come on bring back them old leather casey’s
