He who shall remain nameless

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 There was a defender, back in primary school,
the lad could have left me for dead.
I flew off my line calling,
then he hurt his foot on my head.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 There was a deathly thunk,
then I went down like lead.
“Argh” I said as I hit the floor
and that’s not all I said.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 As I, indignantly, got to my feet,
ready to make some sound,
I saw the headmistress upon the pitch
– and defender upon the ground.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 As the double vision subsided,
and I slowly came around,
the defender limping off the field
was the first thing I found.

Notes

how do you damage your foot on someone’s head?
