read County Ground boo boys,
barracking their team for having
the temerity to lose to lowly Bury.
Now that Paolo’s gone to pastures new
they clearly feel they have the right
to criticise and chastise players,
a team unbeaten since November.
First to get the treatment: Navarro,
unfit and off the pace, yes,
but cut the guy some slack –
out injured since October.
Next the skipper who miskicked
the ball into the crowd,
jeered for being given
man of the match award.
Finally the entire team who,
like me, looked in disbelief at
the unsavoury antics of so called fans.

Message to the some of the so called fans who turned up at the County Ground on Tuesday: stay away – we don’t need you. Go & support Blackburn or a team in yellow down the A420.
