I was raised on Celtic,
History and pride,
My culture and faith

I have travelled the path
Where generations have walked,
And read of legends

I have tasted victory
With this famous football club,
And drowned my sorrows
In many an Irish pub.

I’ve seen the brightest star
Shine upon Celtic Park
Where the presence of O’Neill
Brought the glory days back.

But I walk with pride
Down Parkhead’s way,
And with my father’s ghost
We watch the Celtic play.
