Abridged Version.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Our…TT’s simply magnifique
Grasped the reins from Frank
Could have had it large at PSG?
But…they ain’t worth a franc
Another Wemberly tie awaits CFC
Implanted in our DNA
What a blinding sight, on a balmy night to see,
TT racing down the touch-line, sending City on their way!

Notes

Well done to Thomy* (German mustard, seems apt) Tuchel and the chaps. For hanging on…till the second half to score the winner, thus allowing me time to get home indoors and witness it, after being stuck on a bus in traffic on the Edgware Road in London’s West-End, caused me to miss the first half, yesterday afternoon.

Here’s to another Wemberly final
T’would seem they’re in our DNA
From a season going down the urinal
We’ve a blinding day-out planned, (hopefully) come this May!

Peace

Stay safe, come what may, raise both hands, grasp the day.
