Au Revoir Eden Hazard. I Knew Him Well.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Sat in the stands (sic) in my cheap plastic seat,
Eden Hazard in his prime appeared at least to me
A little smiling faced kid, having unfathomable fun
That he chose to turn down a shed (sic) load o’ dough
To put on a show in empty stadia, where few punters go?
Says a lot about a guy, realised his best work is done.
So, fair play to you Eden, here’s to whatever next
Remember…keep smiling, don’t ponder regrets
Enjoy…your well earned retirement son.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Peace…in Eastern Europe, and The Middle East.

Notes

I could write reams and reams
Bout a Belgian fulfilled dreams
But… that simply ain’t my way
Okay. So, lets put it like this then, and simply say…
Eden Hazard? Now, there’s a boy knew how to play?
Cheers for the good times Eden. L8ers… Kev.
