Creator of dreams,
Dreams of style and elegance
That come from movement,
Passing and movement
That comes from practice
From practice to perfection.
And you think you know set pieces?
Berkeley made them
Back in the thirties.
That’s why I’m here,
Tuesdays and Thursdays,
The under tens
No games
But we practice turns
Line after line
Peel to the left
Peel to the right
Back into line
And do the Cruyff
Step to the left
And Reds step over
Greens it’s your turn…
This is just right
Next year they’ll just want to play.

I’m not a great fan of organised coaching so early. I think it’s more for the adults than the children.
