No.
You don’t have to wine and dine a football,
You don’t have to buy it nice things,
Or tell it what it needs to hear,
Or even talk to it.
You don’t have to love and cherish it,
You can kick it about and not get into trouble with the Police,
You don’t have to be a rock for it,
And comfort it when it is sad,
You don’t have to tell it that you love it.
You don’t have to meet its parents,
Or the rest of its family,
And, most of all you don’t have to work too hard to keep a good one.
But I’d rather have my woman any day.
