I am a Liverpool supporter and I simply reply,
if you cut me I shed blood and its color is Liverpool red,
And that red blood will pump around this body until I am dead,

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Even though my Father was an Evertonian
he was born in Walton Vale,
You see my Uncle Charlie took me to Anfield
so that is the beginning of my tale,

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 I was raised in Liverpool,
Speke to were he use to sneak,
Then take me to Liverpool football ground every other week
so I could take a peek,

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 The passion of the Kop
and the ardour of its fans,
Soon curtailed any Everton affiliation
and ended my father’s plans

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 As it didn’t take long
before Liverpool had won my red filled heart,
Even though at that time
Everton wereg pretty smart,

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 You see they had won a couple of League titles
and were at their very best,
While we dropped a league
and were totally depressed,

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 Yet like a true Liverpool Supporter
I never lost heart,
And we bid our time, a new Manager arrived
and the Liverpool team did its part,

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 Now all of that is history
and we are now trying once more,
To reach those dizzy heights again
as we have many times before,

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 Our team we know
will always give us of their very best
While those in charge
will help them to pass their waiting test,

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 So one day soon
you will see us once more at the very top,
Until that day I know my heart will go on pumpin
g red and will never, never stop,

11 Leave a comment on verse 11 0 As for Chelsea, Man United
and all the other teams,
We will drown them out of any ground
with the passion of our screams,

12 Leave a comment on verse 12 0 You see we do not need money
to make a team the best,
As when any player dons a Liverpool shirt
he stands above the rest,

13 Leave a comment on verse 13 0 I was born in Liverpool
so that is my Football Team,
They brighten my up my life
with the thought of their future dream,

14 Leave a comment on verse 14 0 So no matter whatever happens tomorrow
the pride and love I feel is something I will never, never lose
As my heart will is theirs forever and forever,
as they’re the team I choose.
