Trouble on tube line, but we didn’t care
Arsenal four nil and we had been there
We had seen the back-heel, and had jumped to our feet
We were just too exultant to remain in our seat

We had seen Reyes play like a young toreador
Providing the passes for Henry to score
Never mind the headlines – ‘Bustup On Bus’
Our team were united, and playing for us

As always, there’ll be someone searching for dirt
Something with which to smear someone’s shirt
But the Gunners march on, a family-like band
The finest, the greatest, ever seen in this land
