Once you turned up on our door
We shared the joy, we shared the tears
We couldn’t have asked for more

It didn’t take too long
And just a few years later
They were all singing our song

But we showed them that we could
Twice you gave us the big one
Amongst the giants we stood

We didn’t seem to care
For we were the big boys, the top dogs
We’d done it fair and square
