can his ego grow any higher ?
I bet he can walk on water
there’s talk he may even be the Messiah.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 The press act like girly teenagers
when they see him in his car
they treat him like he’s Royalty
or some Hollywood Super Star.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 But it’s time he hung up his boots
and he gave us all a rest
because lets face the facts
he was never a Georgie Best.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 He once was a decent player
who could make a perfect pass
but I thought he was overrated
and never really world class.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 But alas he’s not going away
as I’ve just had a message on my phone
David Beckham is to be knighted
and he’s become first in line to the Throne !

Is it just me or does anyone else get fed up with seeing and hearing about Beckham ?

He was involved in the Olympics, and even pretended to be James Bond going down the Thames in a speedboat !

The media are the worst culprits though, they go well over the top with him.

Why don’t he become a coach if he’s that good? Methinks he wouldn’t like that as he wouldn’t be centre of attention !

Editor Note : Great poem. Another little-known humble fact is that the term Planet Beckham highlights the ongoing work he is doing saving the planet every day. Not just environmentally of course by his being here but emotionally, spiritually and intellectually with every kick and breath he takes. .God Bless David . Hare Beckham .Om.
