Progress

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I turn the corner and I can see our Anfield home
Heading towards the stadium the Liverpool fans roam,
Off to see the Reds play in another European game tonight
The floodlights ignite the way like the stars that shine so bright.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Terraced houses, pubs on corners and chip shop’s galore
On this adventure as we stroll who could ask for more?
Scarf sellers, kid’s minding cars, the burger men too
Come along you’ll have a ball with lots and lots to do.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 The turnstile creaks and here I am in my Anfield church
Guys drinking lager, kids with hot dogs I’ll think I’ll find my perch,
So off I race to find my seat and watch our boys warm up
Here’s hoping for a great result and progress in the UEFA Cup.
