who went to the World Cup to win ya;
their spirits did rise with their football highs,
as they went looking for the prize.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 As time will tell, they’ll cast their spell
on us and all our men;
be sure we’ll be proud of the football they play,
just watch them progress to another day.

they’ll surprise us wherever they go;
expect a team with the great skills to win ya,
yes, that football team from Slovenia.
