The McCarthy Era

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 So, goodbye, and farewell “Super Mick”.
I, for one, shall miss the curious mix,
of dour Yorkshire grit,
and, almost, Wildean wit.

Notes

See Mick go with mixed feelings. When he took over five and a half years ago Wolves had hardly any players, no money and were favourites for relegation from the championship. He worked miracles on a limited budget to turn things around, and was easily the best Wolves boss since McGarry. But recent results meant all had lost faith I’m afraid.
