THE WANDERERS RAP

I was walking along some foreign beach
Taking my time I was way out of reach
Lookin at the sights I was so alert
So proud I was wearing my Wanderers shirt
So many people asked who the hell are they
I told them that the whites would be great one day
And sooner or later they`ll be halting the slide
And waving goodbye to the nationwide.

So now the locals know who the Wanderers are
As my shirt proudly hangs in some foreign bar
A permanent fixture there for all to see
Our now famous club B W F C
So now I walk along that foreign sand
Without my Wanderers shirt in my hand
Thinking to myself as if I was lost
Remembering how much my shirt had cost.
