He used to wear our colours,
a hero back in the day.
Now he’s put two in our net,
cos that’s how he earns his pay.
¶ 2

Angry, disillusioned, Wolves fans,
vent vitriolic spleen,
toward the Irish veteran,
who was with us as a teen.
¶ 3

Fans fall out in the North bank,
as some begin to cheer.
To counter-act the jeering,
of one we once held dear.
¶ 4

Sitting silently frustrated,
I do not understand.
The booing OR the cheering
of the Galaxy / Villa man.
¶ 5

Show respect before the kick off.
Sing his name a time or two,
but don’t applaud opponents,
who turn the relegation screw.
