never got him down.
Then in a friendly against Wycombe
he wore the crown

Said ‘come to us for a trial’
suitably impressed
‘stay with us for a while’.
Now he’s living the dream
always plays with a smile

it’s gone better than planned.
He’s got his own lookie-likies
in the family stand
Curly blonde wigs
with wide white headbands
and we all chant
