Our dearest beloved
All over the world.
Have passion undimmed.
For the banner unfurled.

The banner whose colours
Have seen vexing days.
Has sheltered its children
Through life’s troubled ways.

The banner round which
we gather and sing.
Lauds the team that we love
And the the honour they bring.

In many a land
Where our banner was seen.
New friends came our way.
For the hoops: white and green.

But the banner returns
From its journeys afar.
And we flock to the Park
Drawn by bus, train and car.

As we sing from the stands.
Of our history proud.
The banner smiles down.
On the Celts in the crowd.

Celtic: ‘Hail Hail’
Are the words on the crest.
For the banner is all.
That we hold dear and best.

So once again friends
In the dark of the night.
Look up to the skies.
And our banner so bright.

Praise all the good times.
In the place where we dream.
With the banner we bear
For our Celtic team.
