nothing about football”
What an accurate call

At least until they’re tired of it

You still feel you’ll be sacked?
How can he do that if
You make such an impact?
Taking millionaire babies
And keeping them on track

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 It has now become clear
The game belongs to the billionaires
Just little boys from distant lands
Buying new toys and making demands
Should stick to the Bolshoi
Something he might understand

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 Claudio, oh Claudio
What has he done to your Chelsea
Why couldn’t he have just left
You and them and the rest of England be

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 Signor Rainieri, you’re a football jewel
So take your heart and skills and spend
Them at Tottenham or even Liverpool

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 The Scousers especially love a successful
Coach who is willing and able
And will help them climb the league table

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 You’re a man they would love to hire
Definitely a man they would admire
Who’d bring back their past glory and
Set the Premiership on fire

11 Leave a comment on verse 11 0 And by God won’t you burst that Russian bubble
When you beat Chelsea twice and do the double
Over your former boss, the man without a clue
He doesn’t know football and he doesn’t know you

Notes

Just read that Rainieri said that Roman the Russian knows nothing about football! Brilliant! Not only brilliant but obvously true. Claudio is a true football gentleman but it looks like there is no room for gentlemen in the Chelski organisation. How can such a coach, a successful coach, be sacked for succeeding?
