Maybe we would have liked you better
Heroes should be flawed
Like us, victims of indecision
Indiscretions and imperfections

Smiling through the storms
Denying it all, keeping it clean
Surviving close shaves to save sponsorship deals
Family man, three heirs to your throne
Three lions on your chest, ear clamped to the ‘phone
Listening to offers away from these shores
Moving through more welcoming doors
