How Football Learned to Love the Logo

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Oh they have us by our curlies
Bagged us up and tied the string
We’re shaken up but so compliant
Look how much money we all bring
Change the shirt we’re in a frenzy
Rising prices but still we pay
We’re tribal solid held together
Defiant we wont walk away
Its in the blood this love of club
Faith it matters like a name
And dont they know it at the top
Those who really own the game.

Notes

all this shouting about Glazer, Murdoch, Abramovich et al….wind in a box boys wind in a box…..yiz all are goin’ nowhere else.
