For him going into an early retirement
Could the truth be, he never came quite up to scratch
For the modern day football environment?

Countless dodgy decisions in question
He might be well advised to clam up, looking back
Before casting aspersions by way of suggestion

When Hovis was all we had for us tea
But this ego manaic used to thrive on getting the bird
Our game, after all’s, not about referee’s

Seems to me that nothing much has changed here then
That’s just the way that some egos are!
