My Cousin

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 My cousin could do keepy-uppies
For hours upon hours on end.
So cocky and zealous,
And I, very jealous,
Pretended that I was his friend.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 He’d run like the clappers towards me,
Then all of a sudden, he’d check.
And he’d give a back flick
‘Ere I got in a kick,
And catch the ball up on his neck.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 But though his skill level was frightening,
And he could, very simply, outclass me,
I eyed him suspiciously,
And kicked him quite viciously,
Every time that the sod tried to pass me.
