There’s not enough space, here in this hotel room
For me, my staff and the boys
We need to talk tactics
But there’s far too much cramped up noise

My cohorts and my minions
And me, the all knowing

There’s an empty seat a-begging
On the Potteries-bound team bus
And even though I’m absent, there is
The usual over-bearing media fuss

There’s another empty seat
Right there in the dugout
It’s both crucial and telling
Is Roman about to pull the plug out?

Now my room has too much space
It’s all empty and dingy
I’m left watching on the tv, too far removed
From refs, as i get all crotchety and whingey!
