Could draw their own creation.
The weekly topic (that’s to say)
Was their imagination.

Some pupils knit their brows in thought
Whilst others doodled idly.
Several students did resort
To muttering quite snidely.

Stewie was the first one to
Draw gasps from those inside,
While Richie Baker smartly drew
The centre-half out wide.

Steve Williams drew some loud applause
For several saves he’d made,
While Wes and Ollie both drew straws
To see which of them played.

Buzzer Rowe then drew a cheque
From Inchicore’s new bank,
Though poor Glenn Crowe, a nervous wreck –
Once more he drew a blank.
