Thierry Henry

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Parnassian rhythms
Fall so sweetly
From your boots
Laced to the wings
Of Pegasus
Come onto your stage
Here under the pale sun
As we wait with our hearts
Trembling between
Our fingers
Fast over the earth
The same patient earth
Now shining and
Vibrant with the fires
Of your eternal flame
Disguised as goals that warm
But do not burn.
