Notes

What a cracking game, even though nil nil for 90 minutes,
still no score and heading for penalties – which
favoured the Germans –
then Grosso scored in the last minute
with a cracking curling shot into the corner.
Del Piero added a second with the last kick of the game.

Offering up an alternative last verse, as apparently the original one casued offence (none meant)

And yet the Devil
catches me, hacks at my shinbone
the one between Toni
