What Should Have Been A Glad Night Is A Sad Night In West london

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 The pinnacle is within our grasp
I feel it nearer every day
Will the zenith of our season
Occur home or away?

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Last night was just ectasy
In West London’s chilly air
The boys did what as asked of them
As the gooners found despair

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Like a king deposed from his throne
The new kings on the block
Saw off the ousted monarchs
With tenacity from stock

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 As eupohoria descended
On all who journeyed there
Something spoiled that sallow night
In West Londons chilly air

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Mourinho is a godsend
He’ll be our saving grace
But the vitriol shown towards
Patrick Viera’s ma
Was a racism disgrace

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 Suits who work in offices
Part time so called fans
Should get to see
On prime time t.v
Themselves as bigots damned

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 The whole thing was disgusting
It almost made me weep
Adults who should know better
Were led along like sheep

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 People thought it funny
Viera never smiled
To attack this boys ma
From seats afar
Was disturbing and reviled

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 My joy at seeing utopia
Just within our reach
Was put aside
And my human side
To Viera’s heart did reach!!

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 peace.

Notes

The seasons just gone out the window for me and I mean this with all my heart, this was disgusting and needless, but racism always is, isn’t it. the mood has gone from one of elation and joy to one of despair and shock/horror, the whole thing was an absolute disgrace and “suits and people who should know better” were prime movers in the whole thing.

Kick racism out of football, should read: kick racists and bigots in to touch as much as we can, starting with bans!

Q: why don’t you go to football any more?A: I got banned. Q: banned what for, singing and cheering the team on? A:er, no………. racist chanting! Q: but your a fourty something with two kids and stuff, your not a racist are you……?

To Patrick Viera, I offer my deepest apoligies as a football fan and a human being. They know not what they do. Which is very sad is it not?

peace
